Guidelines for maintaining discipline and responsibility
PUNCTUALITY AND ABSENCE
A student must be in school well in time for the Assembly.
No leave of absence will be granted except for special reason.
An application for leave written and signed by the parent/guardian should be sent to the class teacher in advance. In case of illness, submit the leave application on the first day of rejoining school.
Let there be grace and sense of purpose in your work and movement.
Be regular in morning assembly. Be quiet and take active part in its conduct.
Help keep the classroom and school campus clean. Do not litter or damage property. Report any damage to the class teacher or principal. Damage will be charged to the responsible person.
Do not loiter outside the classroom while school is in session.
While moving from one class to another, maintain silence and move in a line.
Bring only the prescribed textbooks and notebooks to school.
Take care of your belongings.
If you find lost items, deposit them in the school office.
Use a class pass when leaving the class during sessions.
Read newspapers and magazines regularly. Do not mark or damage them.
Do not do anything that lowers your self-respect.
Your work and behavior should bring a good name to the school.
Follow the instructions of Class Monitor, House Leader, School Prefects, and School Captain.
Actively participate in all school activities.
Enter homework assignments in your school calendar and complete them regularly.
Follow corrections and suggestions given by teachers.
