Leave of Absence Policy
- Leave is granted only for serious reasons
- Requires prior written application from parents/guardians
- Unexpected Absence:
- Students must submit parent-certified reason upon return
- After contagious illness: doctor's certificate of recovery required
- School not responsible if student sent home due to missing documents
- Post-Vacation Attendance:
- Mandatory attendance on reopening day after vacations
- Late return without prior leave:
- Fine of Rs. 101 per day (Std. 1-10)
- Medical Absence:
- Medical certificate required before rejoining classes
- Prolonged Absence:
- More than 5 days absent may result in removal from rolls
- Readmission requires payment of readmission fee (if granted)
