FEE DEPOSIT RULES (Session: 2025-2026)

  • Pay the monthly fee between 1st to 15th of every month, otherwise a late fee of Rs.100 will be charged after the 15th.
  • It is prohibited to pay any kind of fee to any school employee in cash or via personal online accounts. The school will not be responsible in such cases.
  • No advance fee should be deposited. If the fee is partially paid, late fees will apply as per non-payment rules.
  • If the fee is unpaid for 30 days after the due date (including late fee), the student's name will be struck off the school roll. Re-admission will depend on school management's decision.
  • If the fee is not paid by the due date, the student will not be allowed to appear in any examination.
  • Parents should keep a copy of the fee receipt. It may be required for verification.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will only be issued after all dues are cleared.

  • It is the parent’s responsibility to pay the fees on time. No reminders will be sent by the school.
  • In case of overpayment, the excess amount will be adjusted in the next month's fee after reconciliation.
  • For any fee-related issues, visit the school office between 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM on working days.
